Impressive spectacle of creeping discharges by Serge Zaka

End of thunderstorm discharge above the Palais des Papes and the Pont d’Avignon

This superb capture was taken from the Edouard Daladier bridge which crosses the Rhône. This scorching storm, as it evacuated to the northeast, gave me an impressive spectacle of creeping discharges (characteristic of end of storms). Despite the difficult shooting conditions, sharpness of the image is important.

Taken on June 27, 2017.
